5TH ANNUAL CALM ABIDING MEDITATION RETREAT

Where: Yoga on Parker, 23 Parker Street, Newmarket QLD 4051
When: Friday, 18th September - Registration from 6.30pm; Retreat starts 7.30pm
Saturday, 19th September - 10am - 6pm
Sunday, 20th September - 9am - 5.30pm
Monday, 21st September - 9am - 4pm
Cost: $180 (full retreat)
If you are unable to attend the full retreat, the cost is $15 (Friday night), plus a daily cost of $60 (Sat, Sun, Mon).
Concessions are available on enquiry.
Bring: BYO lunch or bring a plate to share (morning & afternoon tea is provided).
Please bring pen & notepad. It is advisable to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Meditation cushions are provided or BYO if you would prefer.
